Hi, I’m Esther Peh, the founder of English Mastery. With over 14 years of teaching experience and an ongoing dedication of 8 years to crafting and refining our curriculum, I know the value of a dependable English tuition center that genuinely cares for your child’s education. Overcoming Education System Gaps
As a home-grown Singaporean myself, I am well aware of the education system’s strong emphasis on high-stakes examinations. This causes increased stress among teenagers and a reliance on standardized testing, leaving little room for nurturing creative and critical thinking skills.
The limited attention given to social and emotional development also causes students to graduate from school with a lack of crucial communication skills and self-awareness.
At English Mastery, we recognize these gaps in the system, and that’s why our work is fueled by purpose and passion. We want to provide a holistic learning experience that equips students with the skills they need to excel in both academics and life.

As she loves the English language, her goal is to help ignite her student’s passion for the subject. By making her classes engaging and relatable, she hopes that her students will develop a strong interest in writing and become independent learners. Her motivation to teach comes from the belief that her students are acquiring a valuable skill that they can use for the rest of their lives.
